Zucchini Bolognese Recipe

The ultimate comfort food made Keto, feel free to let loose and add herbs of choice to create your family’s traditional bolognese flavour.


  • 5 tsp olive oil.
  • ¼ cup regular beef mince or vegan mince.
  • 1 tbsp onion, diced.
  • 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced.
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, diced.
  • ½ cup of zoodles, (store bought or spiralized at home).
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried.
  • Himalayan pink salt and black pepper.

  1. Place a frying pan over medium heat, add oil, beef mince and onion.
  2. Cook until onion has softened, then add garlic and tomatoes.
  3. After a couple of minutes add the zoodles to the frying pan and toss until they are just tender, season with oregano and salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately.
