- 5 tsp olive oil.
- ¼ cup regular beef mince or vegan mince.
- 1 Tbsp onion, diced.
- 1 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced.
- ⅓ cup cherry tomatoes, diced.
- ½ cup of zoodles, (store bought or spiralized at home).
- 1 tsp oregano, dried.
- Himalayan pink salt and black pepper.
- Place a frying pan over medium heat, add oil, beef mince and onion.
- Cook until onion has softened, then add garlic and tomatoes.
- After a couple of minutes add the zoodles to the frying pan and toss until they are just tender, season with oregano and salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
