RETURN POLICY

We strive to provide you with the best service possible, in doing this we have outlined our return policy so you can see how you go at returning a product. 

You have the right to return your product for a full refund on the following conditions; 

  • Products received are faulty, damaged if the wrong product is received, if the product does not match the description or if you change your mind
  • Your refund needs to be made within 30days of arrival, and we need to be notified within 2 days. 
  • Once your products have been received by us, your refund will be made within 2 business days. 
  • For refunds relating to change of mind, you will be charged a $5.50 refund postage fee. 

Excluding the above terms for food-based products;

  • For all food-based products, no refund or exchange can be made (due to ACC food safety policies), once the product has left our warehouse it cannot be resold.
  • We can not cancel or change your order once your product has left our facility.
  • For all food based product’s you are eligible for a refund if the product is faulty, damaged in postage or if the wrong product is posted by us, this term 
  • You need to notify us of any faults, damage or incorrect items within 2 business days.
