A great dish to have when you feel like something quick & basic, plus there is nothing more comforting than the reminder of Mum and Dad's home-cooked 'Meat and 3 Veg'.
- 2 tsp Olive oil.
- 1 (71 gr) Loin Chop.
- 1 cup Broccoli.
- 1/2 cup Green Beans.
- 1 cup Cauliflower.
- Himalayan pink salt and black pepper, to taste.
- Heat up oil in a pan or BBQ, add 2 tsp of olive oil and cook loin chop to desired taste.
- Steam broccoli, green beans and cauliflower (be careful not to over steam or boil).
- Season with salt and black pepper
