Loin Chop & Veggies

A great dish to have when you feel like something quick & basic, plus there is nothing more comforting than the reminder of Mum and Dad’s home-cooked ‘Meat and 3 Veg’.


  • 2 tsp Olive oil.
  • 1 (71 gr) Loin Chop.
  • 1 cup Broccoli.
  • 1/2 cup Green Beans.
  • 1 cup Cauliflower.
  • Himalayan pink salt and black pepper, to taste.

Cooking time:

5 mins





  1. Heat up oil in a pan or BBQ, add 2 tsp of olive oil and cook loin chop to desired taste.
  2. Steam broccoli, green beans and cauliflower (be careful not to over steam or boil).
  3. Season with salt and black pepper 

Serve and enjoy!
