Coconut Cream Avocado Mousse

Who doesn’t love a chocolate mousse? Even more so when it’s guilt free!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup Avocado, diced.
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut cream.
  • 2 Tbsp KetoLean Chocolate Powder.
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract (natural /sugar free).
  • 1 tsp cinnamon.
  • 1 tsp nutmeg.
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Salt.

COOKING METHOD

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend together until smooth.
  2. Scoop out, place in the fridge for 10-15min to set.
